We realize just us, sometimes you like to travel with your pets but would also like to have the comfort over knowing that there is someone you can trust and count on to check in on things at your home.
We are available check your home to make sure your mail is brought in, your trash goes out for collection and you trash containers are returned. We can turn on lights adjust the temperature.
Check your home after a storm make sure you have not sustained any damage and work with you to address any such damage if you are unable to respond.
If your home is on the water or your boat is in a local marina we check your boat to make sure it is secure and the lines are set.
We can also with your authorization contact utility companies, contractors, service personnel to make repairs.
We are available to wait for and accept deliveries, standby for service personnel, contractors while work is performed in your absence.
Basically we are available when you are not. We are even available to take your vehicle for service if your busy schedule does not allow you to do so.
Our rates are based on our standard 30 minute visit, additional standby time is billed in 30 minute intervals or an agreed upon fee for a specific task.
